Entry and Submission Form

You may pay your $5 entry fee either through PayPal or by check. Students in high school and younger (Youth category) along with undergraduate college students may enter the contest for free.

If you choose PAYPAL, then you will be redirected to the PayPal site to process your fee. Upon successful completion of the payment process, you will be redirected to the THANK YOU page.

If you choose CHECK, YOUTH, or UNDERGRADUATE, you will be redirected to the THANK YOU page.
