Entry and Submission Form

You may pay your $5 entry fee either through PayPal, debit or credit card (processed through PayPal), or by check. Students in high school and younger (Youth category) along with undergraduate college students may enter the contest for free.

If you choose PAYPAL, then two buttons will appear allowing you to select either "PayPal" or "Debit or Credit Card". Upon successful completion of the payment process, you will be redirected to the THANK YOU page.

If you choose CHECK, YOUTH, or UNDERGRADUATE you will be redirected to the THANK YOU page for further instructions.
